4. Product, Testing, and Review Disclaimer
My Mold Expert™ provides educational materials, virtual consulting, and optional DIY testing kits that are fulfilled and analyzed by independent third-party laboratories. My Mold Expert™ does not collect, handle, or analyze physical samples. All laboratory processing, testing accuracy, and data reporting are the sole responsibility of the laboratory.
Reviews of laboratory reports, remediation proposals, or related documents are professional opinions provided for informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee of laboratory accuracy, contractor performance, or compliance with regulations.
